mPro3 is easy to navigate. Phone/ email support is typically sufficient, however we are available for on-site training as per customer requirements.
Remote Shared Screen Support - Via a remote session we can review issues and show you how to overcome difficulties.
Support is provided via telephone or email Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST and at other times.
Generally 90% of support calls are handled immediately with the balance handled within 24 hours. From 5pm to 8am support is via page and may take up to 4 hours unless previously arranged.
Support is available via yearly support agreements or hourly contracts.
